While chicken and especially chicken breast have almost become a grilling staple, there is still room for error when looking to keep your bird tender and moist. I really love Kingsford Charcoals Six Easy Grilling Steps for a perfectly cooked chicken breast.


The key to achieving perfection is producing a quick sear followed by indirect heat. When your chicken is done it should have an internal temperature of 165°F.

Tip: Kabobs require a little more prep time upfront then grilling a whole chicken breast, but you save time when grilling!
