Grilling Different Meats (Part 1: Beef)

Many people love grilling not only because of the taste, but because it is fast and the clean-up afterwards is minimal. You can grill almost anything you want. Fruit, vegetables, flatbread pizzas (we have plenty of great recipes for those options), but what is better than a grilled piece of meat. With that being said grilling meat is no a cake walk. It takes practice to get the perfect sear and temperature every time.


Here are tips and recipes for four of the most popular types of meat:




Whether it is a nice juicy burger or a delicious marinaded steak, beef is often the easiest meat to grill. Why? Beef is delicious, and safe to consume, at a wide variety of doneness preferences. To ensure you’re getting the proper temperature for your grilled beef, it is recommended that you use a meat thermometer or instant-read thermometer. Over time you may be able to distinguish certain levels of doneness by touch and color. This as with anything else will take practices. So get grilling.
