Job Description

Account Management is the core of our customers experience. This role provides our customers with consultative solutions to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client and campaign needs. The Account Manager oversees campaign development, implementation, optimization and post campaign analysis. This position includes daily Account Management tasks and a focus on upsell/resell and overall client health.



Key Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers

  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

  • Performs strategic account planning, based on insights, client objectives/KPIs

  • Owns & delivers insights, recommendations, and upsell/resell opportunities to clients

  • Assists in Development of overall Client Strategy

  • Accountable for seamless campaign execution

  • Ensures campaigns, reports and projects are functioning properly escalate improvements to tools and process as needed

  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships

  • Forecast and track key account metrics

  • Maintains solid knowledge of Myxx capabilities; is at ease answering questions from the Sales team and Clients regarding capabilities and product offerings

  • Communicates with Management team to manage bandwidth and workload, ensuring tasks and assignment deadlines are always met

  • Actively participates in helping to drive incremental revenue in order to meet team and company revenue goals and sharing successes across team members

  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams



Experience / Skills / Abilities:

  • 3-4 years experience in strategic Account Management (track record of meeting/exceeding upsell/resell quotas is a plus).

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Solid understanding of the customer journey process and idea-driven toward the improvement of existing strategies and executions

  • Demonstrated mastery of presenting innovative solutions to Clients business and problems.

  • Ability to see the big picture, identify key issues, and provide proactive tactical and strategic recommendations

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce exceptional work (written, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) independently and efficiently

  • Strong cross-functional partnerships / established relationships

  • Ability to excel in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires fast learning and flexible thinking

  • Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong team player
