Account Manager

What you would do:

Myxx is a shoppable marketing platform where grocery consumers, brands, and retailers can all acquire valuable insights to fulfill their needs in the marketplace.  For consumers that means great personalized experiences from selecting recipes through intelligent shopping choices to convenient order fulfillment.  For brands and retailers, it means being armed with the knowledge to understand their customers and how best to serve them.


Account Management is the core of our customers' experience. This role provides our customers with consultative solutions to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client and campaign needs. The Account Manager oversees campaign development, implementation, optimization and post campaign analysis. This position includes daily Account Management tasks and a focus on upsell/resell and overall client health. You’ll work collaboratively at every opportunity, with technology team members and throughout the company, at every level.  You’ll focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for everyone you interact with, and know for certain that your colleagues are doing the same. This is a remote position with potential for some travel in the future.



Key Duties/Responsibilities include:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers

  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

  • Performs strategic account planning, based on insights, client objectives/KPIs

  • Owns & delivers insights, recommendations, and upsell/resell opportunities to clients

  • Assists in development of overall client strategy

  • Accountable for seamless campaign execution

  • Ensures campaigns, reports and projects are functioning properly, escalate improvements to tools and process as needed

  • Compiles IO’s, proposal decks, updates Salesforce and processes

  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships

  • Forecast and track key account metrics

  • Maintains solid knowledge of Myxx capabilities; is at ease answering questions from the Sales team and clients regarding capabilities and product offerings

  • Communicates with Management team to manage bandwidth and workload, ensuring tasks and assignment deadlines are always met

  • Actively participates in helping to drive incremental revenue in order to meet team and company revenue goals and sharing successes across team members

  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams

  • Assist in responding to user inbound questions and comments

  • Help consumers through in-app messaging
